Data Sub-processors

Dasheroo uses some third-party services in the course of providing user services. Subprocessors are evaluated in part by their ability to comply with appropriate data security and privacy standards, and each of the vendors listed below have been subjected to commercially reasonable evaluation for compliance.

Below is a list of the vendors Dasheroo uses, where they’re located, and the primary services they provide to us. We include for each the kinds of private customer data to which they may have access at certain times. In all cases, shared information is limited to what is strictly necessary to provide the contractual service in support of Dasheroo service offerings and for no other purpose.

Personal information provided by users of our site will be stored in Amazon’s cloud properties, insofar as this information is retained by Dasheroo and used to provide our services.
Campaign Monitor	Email Service Provider	USA	We use CampaignMonitor to email segments of our subscribed user base with information related to our services, including but not limited to new features, promotional events, and relevant company news. CampaignMonitor houses the email addresses provided by certain segments of our users, and provides a mechanism by which to opt-out of messages of this type.
Google, Inc.	Cloud Services, Analytics	USA	We use Google Analytics and Google Apps for Business to provide document storage, email services, and analytical data about our website usage. In general, personal information in Google’s properties will be limited to aggregated geographical information about visitors to our site, and unsolicited information in the form of email messages received by staff at Dasheroo.
Mixpanel	Analytics	USA	MixPanel provides detailed site usage analytics which inform our UX design, sales configuration, and other business decisions. This information can be associated with specific user accounts, but is frequently used in aggregate.
Pivotal Tracker	Project Management	USA	We use Pivotal Tracker to manage product and technical development projects for Dasheroo. Personal information is not generally transferred to this service, except in rare cases when it is relevant to the escalated resolution of user-submitted technical issues.
Pusher	Technical Infrastructure	USA	Pusher provides technical messaging infrastructure to authenticated users of Dasheroo. Technical resource information, including user IP addresses, are shared for transactional purposes during active usage of the application.
SendGrid	Email Service Provider	USA	We use SendGrid to generate automated transactional email messages to active users of the application, including receipts, system alerts, and on-demand notifications. Active user email addresses are shared, transactionally, to provide this service. These messages do not include opt-out mechanisms (except in the case of on-demand notices) because they’re required as a part of providing our service.
Slack	Project Management	USA	Slack provides collaboration and communication facilities internally to the Dasheroo team. User personal data may occasionally transit this service when it’s necessary to provide technical or sales support.
Stripe	Payment Processing	USA	We use Stripe for subscription management and payment processing services. Personal information, including email address, is shared by Dasheroo for account management purposes. Additional billing information, as provided directly to Stripe by subscribing users, is also maintained in their system as a part of their services.
Zendesk	Customer Support	USA	Zendesk provides customer support tracking services to manage communication between Dasheroo support personnel and users who submit requests for technical or billing support, or requests for product enhancement. Personal information shared with ZenDesk will be that which is captured during the receipt of such requests, including originating email address.
