We know you use Evernote. And if you’re one of the .0009% of the population that doesn’t, let us know why! We all love it here at Dasheroo. Many of us have forgotten how to actually write since Evernote launched years ago.
But how about Evernote for Business? Is it right for you? We’re not sure EN is doing a good enough job (yet) differentiating the feature set & benefits of upgrading. So after a little digging, here’s what seem to be the main feature differences between an EN individual account and EN for Biz:
1) Increased upload quota – Evernote Business Premium users get two personal GBs, plus two GBs per person for the whole business in a ‘family-plan’ style sharing set up. So if you are a heavy user, you would get 4 gigs of space for $10 a month. 4 gigs a month on a regular premium account will cost you $20 per month. So, if you are the type that uploads tons of files, you can save some $$.
2) Customer Success Advocates & Premium Support – If you have an issue, you go immediately to the top of the queue. Businesses with 10+ users can also request a callback and they’ll try to get a hold of you on the phone.
3) Ability to pay via Invoice – You can pay for a whole year via invoice. Hmmm. Easier to give you money. Well, maybe for large businesses or agencies this may be convenient.
4) Presentation mode – Big screen mode for meetings. Not rocket science, but we like it!
But most of all, anything that makes collaboration easier leads to increased productivity. That’s why we built in sharing and collaboration into our business dashboards at the get-go. And that could be the biggest bennie of Evernote for Business, it could be the information, reporting and sharing hub for many businesses. At $10 per user per month, it’s worth checking out!
